My name is Janine Caamano and I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) child psychotherapist in Basking Ridge, NJ. I specialize in working with children ages 3-10 who suffer from anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. The treatment modalities that I use include: Play Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, AutPlay Therapy, and Child Parent Relationship Therapy. I work with children who are overly sensitive and have constant meltdowns. I provide children with a safe place to work through their emotions and help them heal and grow. Through the powers of play, I provide children with the tools to express their feelings, communicate effectively, problem solve, feel confident, and develop strong healthy relationships with others. I use play therapy techniques to engage children in session as play is their natural language.
