"Before the chemicals are applied, we first lightly spray all nearby vegetation and plants with water. This serves as a protective jacket, so to speak, that shields your plants from any chemical exposure. If we or you deem it necessary, we will add further protection by covering all plants with a tarp or similar sheeting.
