Dr. Oscar Presas is one of a unique group of doctors in the United States specializing in a form of Spinal Care established with the NUCCA organization (the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association).

Dr. Presas grew up in the small town of Mercedes located in South Texas. He attended the University of Texas-Pan American before gaining admittance into Parker College of Chiropractic, in Dallas, Texas. There, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Anatomy along with his doctorate degree in 2005.
