Is It Too Hot To Sell A House in Texas?



The hot weather is in full swing already this summer, so I am wondering if it is too hot to sell a house in Texas. People would rather lounge around indoors in the air conditioning or outdoors by the pool when the temperature is 95 degrees and higher. They may not want to drive around looking at homes for sale this time of year.



My home does not have a swimming pool. It is small, only 1200 square feet, and it needs some remodeling. Many large, lovely homes with pools and three or four-car garages are selling fast, even in this hot weather. But fixer-uppers are not necessarily as popular.



I need to find a homebuyer who is motivated to purchase my Texas property as-is now, no matter what temperature it may be outside. Fortunately, my A/C is working fine!
