If you are selling a property due to a new job has both upside and downsides. The upside is that I am very much excited to relocate to a new place where my present job is located. The downside is that I need to sell a property that is owned by me. But this will give me cash for moving to the new place and paying rent along with deposits for living in a new place.



I inherited my property from my grandparents. My property is a small retail mall containing five storefronts in a row that has nothing valuable or fancy. I was getting regular rental income from my long-term tenants, which is very nice. I am going to miss that monthly income. But there is no way for keeping and managing that property which is 1000 miles away. It doesn’t make any sense.
